Car Stolen On Oakland Avenue In Whitefish Bay: Police
Here's a look back at some notable police logs from the Whitefish Bay Police Department for March 7-14.

WHITEFISH BAY, WI — A car was stolen from the 4600 block of Oakland Avenue in Whitefish Bay on March 10, according to Whitefish Bay police logs.
The victim of the theft told police the car, a Hyundai, was unlocked when the theft occurred, logs say.

- Just after midnight on March 9 a caller told police someone had just struck a traffic sign on the 4900 block of Lake Drive. The damaged sign was found in the road near Bartlett and Lake Drive, and the driver was not at the scene, logs say.
- A caller told police a DPW garbage truck hit the rear of their parked car with a hydraulic arm just after 8 a.m. on March 9 in the 6100 block of Santa Monica Boulevard.
- Police issued a municipal citation to a 20-year-old Whitefish Bay man on the 500 block of Henry Clay Street around noon on March 12 for possessing two small packages of psilocybin mushrooms, logs say. The man was cited and released.
- Police arrested a 50-year-old Shorewood man during a traffic stop on the 4600 block of Marlborough Drive for operating while intoxicated on March 13 around 12:30 a.m., logs say. The man was cited and released.
