WHITEFISH BAY, WI — A gold Kia was reported stolen from the parking lot of Whitefish Bay High School around 1:46 p.m. on Wednesday, Whitefish Bay police said in a Facebook post.

The people suspected of stealing the car arrived in a stolen Hyundai, broke the Kia's window, damaged its steering column and took the car, police said. Both cars then left the high school, but two officers spotted the stolen vehicles and began to pursue them, police said.

The Hyundai car stopped working near Flint and Florist, and with the help of police in Glendale, two juveniles were taken into custody, police said, but the gold Kia could not be recovered.
