Collective Marketplace And Workspace Coming To Bayshore
The space lists itself as a place to build, connect and collaborate. A members-only workspace is set for inclusion in the project.

GLENDALE, WI — A new marketplace and workspace for entrepreneurs and locally owned businesses is coming to Bayshore this spring, the mall announced Tuesday.
SSGN Group Entrepreneurs Society, a group that lists itself on its website as a network of entrepreneurs for connecting, collaborating and building, is leading the project. The new space is set to join Bayshore at 5700 North Bayshore Drive, according to a news release from Bayshore.
The new space includes The Collective Marketplace, a retail destination connecting local businesses, entrepreneurs and authors to local businesses.

On the second floor, there will be The Collective Workspace, a members-only space that can provide meeting spaces, training areas, focus rooms, creative workspaces and even a travel hub for independent travel agencies, according to the news release.
“We’re thrilled to offer our guests a new, unique, and diverse shopping and experiential destination which showcases local entrepreneurs and authors, and supports workspace needs for our communities,” said Kirk Williams, managing director of Cypress Equities, in a news release.

Grand openings for the space are set for April while some vendor events have been plotted for February and March.
Events such as weekend showcases of entrepreneurs and opportunities for authors to showcase their books are already planned as the space marches closer to full opening. For a full list of upcoming events, check the group's website.
