Computer, Cash Stolen in Overnight Burglary

The Woodburn Street residents noticed their house had been broken into when they woke up Friday morning.

Whitefish Bay police are investigating a burglary that occurred on Woodburn Street late Thursday night.

The burglary in the 4700 block of Woodburn Street took place sometime between 10 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday. The burglar gained entry to the house through an unlocked side door, stealing $90 in cash and a laptop valued at $1,200. 

The homeowners were inside the home during the burglary, but did not notice any signs of foul play until 7:30 a.m. the next morning. Police do not have any suspects at this time.
