Dominican High School Unveils Campaign For Future Improvements
The private high school in Whitefish Bay announced a capital campaign and details for desired improvements to its campus on Silver Spring.

WHITEFISH BAY, WI — The private Dominican High School unveiled a capital campaign alongside a list of improvement plans to its Whitefish Bay campus this week.
The high school posted on Facebook that "some big changes are coming." To fund the improvements, the high school announced its "Knight Vision 2.0 Capital Campaign," which has already raised almost $5 million.
"By enhancing our STEM curriculum, increasing our endowment, and expanding our athletic facilities, Knight Vision 2.0 will help us secure a brighter future for Dominican High School," the school's post on Facebook said.

The Knight Vision 2.0 campaign seeks to enhance the school's science department, provide an outdoor space on North Campus, and bolster short- and long-term endowment growth for student scholarships, according to Dominican's website.
Improvements in the academic space could include:

- Updating final two science classroom.
- A new robotics center for learning, competition and summer programs.
- An outdoor terrace and education space on North Campus.
- The outdoor space would seek to provide an area for students before, during and after school.
- It would also be a space for community engagement and outdoor education.
- An increase of the current $1,700,000 endowment to a goal of $5,000,000 for student scholarships.
Possibly the largest proposed improvement would be the addition of a new turf field. Athletics facilities would be improved in numerous ways through the campaign, the high school says.
Improvements in the athletics space could include:
- An artificial turf field to provide a space for on-campus practice and a home location for Varisty Soccer and Lacrosse games.
- A new HVAC system, new flooring, ceiling, windows, lighting, bleachers, backboards and scoreboards in the Crowley Gymnasium.
- A new indoor workout and practice space for athletics.
- An expanded weight training, cardio and wellness area for students.
- A roof replacement for the gymnasium.
