Driver Passed Out Behind Wheel In Whitefish Bay: Police

Police said she was transported to the Whitefish Bay police department where she refused additional testing.

WHITEFISH BAY, WI β€” Police in Whitefish Bay say they've arrested a Milwaukee woman after she was found passed out in her car Sunday morning.

According to Whitefish Bay police call logs, a police sergeant on patrol just before 5 a.m. on March 8 stopped to check on a woman who passed out behind the wheel of a red Dodge on the 200 block of E. Henry Clay Street.

Police said the driver, a 28-year-old Milwaukee woman, was woken up and arrested on suspicion of her first impaired driving offense. Police said she was transported to the Whitefish Bay police department where she refused additional testing.
