Man Shot Near Silver Spring And Port Washington In Argument: Police

GLENDALE, WI — A man was shot in the shoulder on Thursday afternoon near Silver Spring Drive and Port Washington Road, Glendale police said in a news release.

Officers were called out just after 2 p.m. when several shots were reported in the area alongside an armed intoxicated man fighting another man and woman, police said.

The 32-year-old man shot in the shoulder was taken to the hospital by an ambulance and later taken into custody, police said. The other man who was 30 years old had superficial wounds on his face and he was also taken into custody.

The 46-year-old woman was released at the scene, police said. Authorites said it appears a fight led up to the shooting.

Police said everyone involved knew each other and were from Milwaukee.
