WHITEFISH BAY, WI — The Whitefish Bay Civic Foundation has scheduled a Memorial Day ceremony to take place at Armory Park on May 30, according to the village's latest newsletter.

The ceremony will take place at The Veterans Monument and Memorial Garden at Armory Park, located at the site of the original Whitefish Bay National Guard Armory, near Henry Clay Street and Ardmore Avenue.

The ceremony will look similar to ones from past years. It will be an opportunity for veterans to connect with each over, and for the community to honor fallen service members. The event is also a chance for families in Whitefish Bay to teach their children about the meaning behind Memorial Day.
