Oak Creek Man Found Asleep Behind Wheel In Whitefish Bay: Report
Police said the Oak Creek man was arrested on suspicion of his fourth impaired driving offense.
WHITEFISH BAY, WI β Authorities in Whitefish Bay say an Oak Creek man was arrested after he was found asleep behind the wheel in the village.
According to Whitefish Bay Police call logs, an officer on patrol on the night of Jan. 8 was called to the intersection of N. Lake Drive and E. Henry Clay St. for a driving complaint.
Police said the driver of a brown Buick, a 43-year-old Oak Creek man, was asleep at the wheel while the vehicle was still running and pulled to the side of the road. A witness told police the driver had been pulling into the oncoming lanes of traffic before he pulled to the side of the road.

Police said the Oak Creek man was arrested on suspicion of his fourth impaired driving offense. He was found with 0.3 grams of cocaine and a pipe, police said.
