Police Report: Drunk Driving, Public Urination

The latest reports from the Whitefish Bay Police Department.

A 39-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody for disorderly conduct after he was seen urinating in public on East Silver Spring Drive at Santa Monica Boulevard at 11:16 p.m. Friday. He was issued a municipal citation and dropped off at his residence in Milwaukee.

In other Whitefish Bay police news:

  • Two fraudulent purchases were made at a Walgreens store using a Whitefish Bay woman's credit card. The woman told police she returned from errands in Glendale and Whitefish Bay on May 6 to find her wallet was missing from her purse.
  • A 24-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving after he was pulled over for going 39 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 800 block of Hampton Road at 1:30 a.m. Thursday. His blood alcohol content was 0.12.
  • A 43-year-old Port Washington woman was cited for possessing open intoxicants in a vehicle while riding in the passenger seat at 12:19 a.m. Friday. The driver, a 27-year-old Milwaukee woman, was cited for failing to obey a traffic sign.
  • A 20-year-old Whitefish Bay woman, 20-year-old Milwaukee man and 23-year-old Shorewood woman were cited for being in after hours at 12:17 a.m. May 14. The 20-year-old Whitefish Bay woman was also cited for an underage alcohol violation.
  • A 23-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for keeping open intoxicants in his vehicle at 3:21 a.m. May 13 at Hampton Road and Santa Monica Boulevard. He was also cited for operating without insurance and license.
