Three Drunk Drivers Arrested in Past Week

Three out-of-town drunk drivers were caught in Whitefish Bay this past week:
- A 28-year-old Saukville woman was pulled over in the 4600 block of Oakland Avenue at 3:18 a.m. Tuesday after an officer observed her vehicle drive over the median on Hampton Road at Newhall Street. Her blood alcohol content measured 0.20.Â
- A 43-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for drunken driving on Hampton Avenue at Anita Avenue at 11:51 p.m. Saturday. She was transported to Columbia St. Mary's for a blood draw, but results are still pending.
- A 24-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving in the 4400 block of Lake Drive at 2:54 a.m. Sunday. His blood alcohol measured 0.14. He was also cited with failing to stop at a stop sign, defective brake lights, operating after suspension, operating without insurance, failure to report address change and failure to wear a seatbelt.
In other Whitefish Bay police news, a 34-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for retail theft after stealing $5.24 worth of merchandise from Sendik's at 3:20 p.m. on Wednesday.
