Traffic Stop Turns Into Drug Charges In Whitefish Bay: Report
Police said the driver was cited for driving 42 miles per hour on a 30-mile-per-hour street.

WHITEFISH BAY, WI β Police in Whitefish Bay say a speeding violation led to multiple drug-related charges for a 19-year-old Milwaukee man.
According to Whitefish Bay police call logs, an officer on patrol on the 6100 block of N. Lake Drive pulled the driver of a tan Lexus over at just after 11 p.m. on Jan. 19 for an apparent speeding violation.
Police said the driver was cited for driving 42 miles per hour on a 30-mile-per-hour street, and also for possession of drug paraphernalia. Police also said the man had 0.1 grams of marijuana with him.

Police said he was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia for having a scale. He was also cited for driving a car that had no license plates.
