Two Men Posing As Power Company Workers In Whitefish Bay: Police
Police in Whitefish Bay say to be on the lookout after two men conned their way into a person's home after posing as power company workers.

WHITEFISH BAY, WI β Police say two men posing as power company employees were allowed into a home in Whitefish Bay at about noon on Monday, Feb. 17.
Police say while the men were in the home, they distracted the homeowner and stole jewelry. Police say one of the suspects was a man in his early 30s, between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-8 and weighed about 160 pounds. He was described by police as having a close trimmed goatee, wearing a gray jacket, khaki cargo pants, with a lanyard around his neck and carrying a clipboard.
According to police, the suspects were driving in a newer silver small SUV. No description was given of the second suspect, police say.

Other North Shore Police agencies have had similar incidents reported to them in recent weeks.
"Please be careful of those you allow in your residence. If you have any questions about their identity please contact police immediately," Whitefish Bay police said in a statement. "If you have elderly neighbors please alert them to this activity as they may not be subscribed to email and text notifications."
