Whitefish Bay's boys basketball team continues a solid encore season to last year's WIAA Division 2 state title with a 61-46 victory over Port Washington on Friday night.
The Blue Dukes (13-5, 8-3 North Shore Conference) have lost twice to top-ranked Division 1 juggernaut Germantown, and have two other 1-point losses. They have won five of their last six games.
Port Washington (8-11, 4-7) is headed the other direction, having lost four in a row and nine of its last 11.
