Week Ahead: High School Choir Pops Concert and More
This weekend will feature a musical blast to the past, courtesy of the high school's extra-curricular choirs.

Here's a look at some of the events in our events calendar this week. If we're missing something, you can add it to the calendar.
: Three Whitefish Bay High School Choirs will preform βRockinβ to the 80βs!,β a concert featuring a variety of songs and medleys of pop artists from the 1980's, including U2, Madonna, the B 52βs, Billy Joel β as well as other pop favorites from the 60βs and 70βs.
The concert and silent auction will take place at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday night at Humphrey Scottish Rite Masonic Center, 790 N. Van Buren St. The January Pops Concert is in its eighth year featuring the high schoolβs extra-curricular choirs: Tower Singers, That Group and Cantorei.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students and seniors. Tickets can be ordered by contacting Beth Pfluger 414.964.0240 or at beth@pfluger.org. All proceeds will support the Whitefish Bay High School choir program.
: Families will have the opportunity to visit the classroom, test-drive preschool toys and activities and meet the school's teachers at , 5655 N Lake Dr, from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday.

: The girls gymnastics squad will take on Shorewood at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at , 1200 E Fairmount Ave.
: Dominican High School's boys basketball team will face off against Brookfield Academy at 5 p.m. Saturday at the gymnasium, 120 E Silver Spring Dr.
