Whitefish Bay High School Evacuated After Bomb Threat: Report

All students are safe and accounted for, the district informed parents. The High School was evacuated Thursday morning.

UPDATE: A letter sent to parents Thursday morning indicated all students are safe and accounted for, TMJ4 reported. High school students who can walk home or get picked up will be released to go home.

A location for student pick up will be on East Sylvan Avenue, the report said.

Authorities told TMJ4 the evacuation was prompted by a bomb threat. Students were evacuated and relocated to the middle school and they will not be allowed to return to the high school until further notice.

WHITEFISH BAY, WI — Students were evacuated from Whitefish Bay High School Thursday morning following a call to police from the school, according to the Whitefish Bay police department.

TMJ4 first reported around 11:30 a.m. that the school was evacuated as a precaution.
