Whitefish Bay Resident Ordered To Get Trash Under Control: Police

WHITEFISH BAY, WI — Police in Whitefish Bay say they were going to cite a local resident if he did not get his building's trash situation under control.

According to Whitefish Bay police call logs, officers were sent to the 700 block of E. Henry Clay Street just before 12:30 p.m. on March 13 on a report that the dumpster next to the building on the corner with N. Elkhart Ave. was overflowing.

Police said the resident would be cited if he did not have the dumpster emptied by the end of the day. Police also said officers would issue additional citations each time the overflow occurred in the future without further warnings.
