Whitefish Bay Woman Stunned With Taser: Report
According to police, the woman was tackled to the ground, stunned with a taser, and eventually handcuffed.

WHITEFISH BAY, WI — Police in Whitefish Bay say a woman was taken into custody for her own safety after a struggle with officers.
According to Whitefish Bay Police call logs, officers responded to a home on the night of Oct. 7 on a report of a woman who was threatening self-harm.
Police call logs stated that Whitefish Bay officers attempted to handcuff her, but that she resisted officers' efforts to take her into protective custody.

According to police, the woman was tackled to the ground, stunned with a taser, and eventually handcuffed. Emergency responders were called to the house to evaluate the woman's wounds and the wounds from the taser.
She was taken into custody and transported to the Milwaukee County Mental Health facility, police call logs state.
