Athens, AL — Graduation is a major milestone and deserves to be celebrated! That's why Patch and T-Mobile have teamed up to recognize our community's outstanding 2024 graduates.

He is my grandson

Tell us why they deserve to be nominated!

He graduated first in his class (with an GPA over 4.5) and has made straight A’s since kindergarten. He scored above 30 on the ACT, was awarded the U.S. Marine Corps academic leadership award, and played flute in the school band. He is an avid fencer with a tournament win, and in the school chess club.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about your graduating student nominee?

He is a warm, caring person, socially conscious, and an excellent student of history. He has prepared himself for college and to undertake the social and civic responsibilities that come with emerging adulthood.
