The Birmingham Daily is the quickest way to get caught up on everything going down in town today.

(Patch Media)

Good morning, neighbors! It's me again, Michael Seale, your host of the Birmingham Daily. Whew, I am about sick of all this rain! The weather over the last few days has been downright nasty. Hopefully we will see some relief soon. In the news today, mayor Randall Woodfin said the city is jumping on board a lawsuit against Bluestone Coke for air pollution violations. Read all about it below, and have a great day!

First, today's weather:

A shower and t-storm; humid. High: 81 Low: 65.
