Happy Tuesday, people of Birmingham! Here's everything you need to know going on locally today. Yesterday's Facebook outage could have a signifanct effect on local businesses. Well, there's a flash flood watch in effect for Jefferson County into Wednesday morning. Y'all be safe out there.
