JEFFERSON COUNTY, AL — COVID-19 cases continue to surge in Alabama, and testing for the virus has become an issue with at-home tests disappearing off shelves quickly. The Jefferson County Department of Health has addressed this by setting up four free COVID-19 testing sites in the county.
