  1. Lime will be making 300 scooters and 50 bikes available in Birmingham by the end of this week. The company has announced plans to increase its Birmingham footprint to 400 vehicles in the near future. The company will be reviewing ridership data before increasing the number of vehicles.   2. A Birmingham shooting resulted in the injury of a 14-year-old boy. The shooting occurred in the 600 block of Valley Crest Drive on Monday around 3:30 p.m. The child was transported to the Children's Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact the Birmingham Police Department. (Trussvilletribune)
  3. The Birmingham Police Department is working to identify two suspects who pulled a gun on restaurant workers after refusing to pay for their meals. The incident occurred at King Buffet in the 7800 block of Crestwood Boulevard. The suspects are a man and a woman. They were recorded on the restaurant's surveillance cameras.
