Man Dies In Shooting At Gate City

BIRMINGHAM, AL - A 30-year-old man was killed in a shooting at the Mark's Village Housing Community about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said.

Lorenzo Oden was found lying on the floor of an apartment suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say an argument took place prior to the shooting and believe the victim may have known the shooter.
