  1. On Monday afternoon, three were people shot on Springville Road. Two men were injured and police have identified a third man, who died, as Timothy Wayne Worsham, III. Police say they do not have a suspect in custody. (WVTM13 Birmingham)
  2. Wendy Johnson Patellaro of Birmingham was found dead in a nearby Adamsville business on Saturday. Patellaro died from a gunshot wound. Amy Stocks who has been charged with one count of intentional murder in Patellaro's death. (WBRC)
  3. William Kenneth Smith, 61, has been identified as the man who died in a southwest Birmingham house fire over the weekend. The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office confirmed his identity on Wednesday from the Saturday morning fire which took place at 1600 34th St. S.W. The fire investigation is ongoing. (AL.com)
