• County Set To Consider East Hwy 104 Rezoning (blogspot.com) — A major rezoning request for 148 acres on East Highway 104, just outside Fairhope’s city limits, goes before the Baldwin County Commission on December 16. The land, across from 3Circle Church, could shift from large-lot rural to smaller residential lots and was previously floated to the Fairhope Planning Commission as a possible future annexation, drawing concern from nearby residents.
