- The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Bureau of Investigations is searching for two suspects that burglarized multiple vehicles on state property in Montgomery as part of an ongoing felony vehicle burglary investigation. Photos of the unidentified suspects have been released and CrimeStoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to their identification. The suspects burglarized the vehicles between Friday, May 12, and Monday, May 15, at the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs Surplus in Montgomery. (WSFA)
- Today, May 23, the results of NBC’s "The Voice" Season 23 finale will be announced! D. Smooth, a 25-year-old resident of Montgomery, is in the top five on Team Kelly Clarkson. On May 22, the predictions of who will win had D. Smooth in fifth place with 42-1 odds and Grace West in first place with 8-15 odds. (Gold Derby)
- On Sunday, May 21, 31-year-old Keenan Gadson, of Montgomery, was arrested and charged with capital murder in connection to a 2022 Montgomery homicide. On Nov. 27, 2022, 26-year-old Jaderrick Richardson was fatally shot on the 3900 block of Woodley Road. Gadson is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Center without bond. (AL.com)
