Here's what's legal (montgomeryadvertiser.com) — Talladega is slated to get one of Alabama’s first medical cannabis dispensaries, operated by CCS of Alabama, as the state finally launches its tightly regulated medical marijuana program. Residents should know that only registered patients can buy non-smokable products like capsules, tinctures, and creams, and recreational cannabis remains illegal with significant penalties for possession.
