"First and foremost, I want to thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for His unwavering grace, guidance, and the countless blessings in my life. To my family, thank you for your unconditional love and support through every high and low. You've been my rock, my inspiration, and the reason I push myself to be the best man I can be. To my teammates, my brothers, thank you for the blood, sweat, and tears we've shared. The bonds we've built will last a lifetime. To Coach Saban, thank you for believing in me and instilling the standard of excellence in me. To Coach Deboer, thank you for challenging me and helping me grow into the player and leader I am today.
To the entire Alabama family, thank you for embracing a kid from Texas and allowing me the honor of wearing the script 'A'. Representing this university has been one of the greatest honors of my life. Football has always been my passion, and since I was a kid, I dreamed of competing at the highest level. Through every win, every tough loss, and any criticism along the way, my love and dedication to this game has never wavered. Each day, my gratitude for the opportunity to play this sport I love only grows stronger. With that said, I am declaring for the 2025 NFL Draft. Roll Tide forever!"

During his time as the Crimson Tide's signal-caller, Milroe totaled 33 career rushing touchdowns to tie for the eighth most in school history. He also received the William V. Campbell Trophy, college football's top academic award, following the end of the 2024 regular season.

Milroe's legacy will most likely be remembered for what he could do with his legs, including his 20 rushing touchdowns this season that ranked second nationally for a quarterback and seventh at any position.

His biggest moments came in back-to-back wins over Georgia, including the conference opener this season and the 2023 SEC Championship Game that saw Milroe named Most Valuable Player.

Another signature win came in the final moments of the 2023 Iron Bowl as Milroe threw a 31-yard touchdown to Isaiah Bond on an improbable 4th-and-goal with 32 seconds remaining to secure the win over the Tide's in-state rival.

The 2025 NFL Draft will begin on April 24.
