Bama Basketball Promotes Brady Goka To Scouting And Analytics Coordinator

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Alabama men's basketball head coach Nate Oats this week announced the promotion of Brady Goka to coordinator of scouting and analytics.

A Michigan native, Goka has been a part of the program for the past four years as a student manager and graduate assistant.

“I am excited to bring Brady on full-time because he has been vital in our success over recent years,” Oats said. “Brady is a relentless worker who helps us in many different areas. We are excited that he will be staying in Tuscaloosa.”

During his tenure in Tuscaloosa, Goka contributed to several significant achievements, including two Southeastern Conference (SEC) regular season championships, two SEC Tournament titles, and three Sweet 16 appearances.

He was also part of the team that reached the NCAA Final Four for the first time in school history last season.

“I am extremely honored for the opportunity to continue to work at the University of Alabama under Nate Oats,” Goka said. “I have learned so much from coach Oats and the entire staff, and I am excited for the future of our program.”
