TUSCALOOSA — The Mercedes-Benz Amphitheater on Tuesday announced that The Beach Boys will headline an all-star concert in Tuscaloosa on Wednesday, Sept. 24.

The rock icons will be joined by country duo LoCash and R&B legends The O’Jays, along with special guest Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone.

The Mercedes-Benz Amphitheater says tickets go on sale Friday, May 2, at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster and the venue's website.
The Beach Boys will bring its timeless California sound to Alabama, with founding member Mike Love and longtime bandmate Bruce Johnston leading the group known for mega-hits like “Good Vibrations,” “California Girls” and “Wouldn't It Be Nice.”

The band still performs over 150 shows a year and was recently honored in the CBS special "A Grammy Salute to The Beach Boys."
The Beach Boys will be joined by music legends The O’Jays, who will bring classic soul and R&B favorites like “Love Train” and “Back Stabbers” to the stage.
