TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Community Foundation of West Alabama (CFWA) announced this week that it is accepting nominations for its 2024 Class of Pillars of West Alabama.

The deadline for submission is May 1 and winners will be honored on Oct. 10.

CFWA says the 2024 class is the 20th class to be recognized for their impact and influence in West Alabama.

The 2023 class consisted of Brad Cork, Jennifer Tooson for Cordell Wynn, Elizabeth Thomas for Eddie B. Thomas, former Sen. Richard Shelby and Annette Shelby, Jheovanny Gomez, Scott and Brett Davis and Cae Allen for Scott Davis, Sr.
