TUSCALOOSA, AL β€” The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama on Wednesday announced that Knoxville, Tennessee, will be the destination for its 2025 benchmarking trip.

β€œBenchmarking trips are a cornerstone of the Chamber’s commitment to strategic growth and collaboration,” Chamber President and CEO Kyle South said. β€œKnoxville’s economic momentum and investment in workforce development make it an excellent model for West Alabama, and we look forward to learning from their successes.”

The Chamber says Knoxville is a city known for its dynamic downtown revitalization, higher education partnerships and commitment to innovation.

The trip will take place July 13-15, with the University of Alabama serving as the presenting sponsor for this highly anticipated annual initiative, which provides business and community leaders with an opportunity to gain insights from other thriving regions.
