TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama on Sunday, June 1 celebrated 125 years of service to the region’s business community.

Founded in 1900, the Chamber and its leaders are reflecting on more than a century of work while looking forward to the next era in West Alabama.

“This milestone isn’t just about our past—it’s a celebration of the people, businesses, and partnerships that continue to move West Alabama forward,” Chamber President and CEO Kyle South said. “We’re proud of our legacy and excited about what’s ahead.”
The Chamber is offering a special promotion for new members to mark the occasion, with new members receiving $125 off their first year of membership dues in June by entering the code "125years" at checkout on the online membership application.
