TUSCALOOSA, AL — Chip Cookies has permanently closed its Tuscaloosa location roughly two years after first opening its doors.

A sign posted on the front door of the store announced the closure this week.

No official statement has been released on the cookie delivery company's social media.

The store, located in Midtown Village, first opened in October 2023 and was the only Chip Cookies location in Alabama. The Tuscaloosa location is no longer listed on the Chip website.

The only other two locations in the Southeast can be found in Estero, Florida, and Kennesaw, Georgia.
