TUSCALOOSA, AL — The City of Tuscaloosa will host its annual 'Tech or Treat' on Thursday, Oct. 23, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Gateway, 2614 University Blvd. East.

The free, family event is modeled after a trunk-or-treat, with children moving table to table to collect candy while trying hands-on activities that introduce STEAM — science, technology, engineering, arts and math — led by city departments and community organizations.

Booth spaces remain available for organizations interested in participating.

The event is open to all ages and children must be accompanied by an adult.
