Crimson Tide Baseball Kicks Off Second Week Of Spring Practice
Get on out to the ballpark this week and over the weekend as the Crimson Tide baseball team gears up for the 2024 season.

TUSCALOOSA, AL β The University of Alabama baseball program is set to kick off the second week of its full-team spring practice, which will be open to the public and culminate with several scrimmages.

The Crimson Tide, under first-year head coach Rob Vaughn, is scheduled for a 1 p.m. start to practice on Friday, with an intrasquad scrimmage set for 2:30 p.m.

On Saturday and Sunday, the schedule will consist of an 11:30 a.m. workout followed by a 1 p.m. first pitch for each day's intrasquad scrimmages.
UA baseball says the length of the scrimmages will be determined on a game-to-game basis.

Admission to all activities is free and gates will open each day approximately 30 minutes before the start of practice.
UA Athletics asks fans to enter Sewell-Thomas Stadium through the main gate at Gate 3, which is located directly behind home plate. Fans are asked to stay in the lower bowl seating area, with access to the upper levels strictly prohibited.
