TUSCALOOSA, AL — DCH Health System is inviting families to celebrate Halloween early with its annual "Trunk or Treat" event on Thursday, Oct. 30, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The free event provides a fun and safe alternative to traditional trick-or-treating, allowing children to enjoy the excitement of Halloween while promoting community connection.

This year’s festivities will take place at two locations — the DCH Regional Medical Center Laundry Lot in Tuscaloosa and the Northport Medical Center Fitness One Lot — giving local children and their families plenty of space to enjoy safe, family-friendly Halloween fun.

Attendees can expect decorated vehicle trunks filled with candy and treats, festive pumpkins and a variety of Halloween-themed displays.

DCH staff and volunteers will be on hand to greet families, hand out candy and celebrate the spooky season.
