DCH Promotes Courtney Wingo To Director Of Employee Relations

TUSCALOOSA, AL — DCH Health System on Tuesday announced that Courtney Wingo has been promoted to director of employee relations.

Wingo has been with DCH for the last nine years.

Wingo holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Trident University International and a master of jurisprudence in labor and employment law from Tulane University School of Law.

She is also certified through the Human Resources Certification Institute as a professional in human resources.

Wingo is involved with multiple organizations, including the American Society for Health Care Human Resources Administration, the American Hospital Association, Human Resources Certification Institute and Society of Human Resources Management.
