District 3 Councilor Norman Crow Announces Bid For Second Term
City of Tuscaloosa District 3 Councilor Norman Crow has announced plans to run for re-election in the upcoming municipal election in March

TUSCALOOSA, AL — City of Tuscaloosa District 3 Councilor Norman Crow has announced plans to run for re-election in the upcoming municipal election on March 4, 2025.

The president of D.T. Freight, LLC., Crow will seek his second term in office after being elected in 2021. His campaign reports more than $50,000 in his campaign account.

“There are tangible improvements that can be seen across the district,” Crow said, “but there is more to be done. I am honored that so many put their trust in me. The constituents of District 3 know I am always ready to listen and be their voice at City Hall.”
According to Crow's campaign website, accomplishments in his first term include improvements to the Rock Quarry boat landing, the McWright’s Ferry Road project and the northern riverwalk.

Crow says if he is re-elected, he plans to complete the pickleball courts at the Buddy Powell Pavilion; Phase 2 of the Northern Riverwalk; safety resources for the district; a new intersection and traffic light at The Crossings; and a reimagining of the Phelps Center.
“Serving and delivering for District 3 is a job I am honored to hold,” Crow said. “I want to continue this growth and progress for our community."
He is married to Keeshan Crow. The couple has three children: Norman, Madeleine and Meredith.
