Extensive Structure Damage Reported In Eutaw Following Severe Weather
Here's the latest as a line of severe storms moved over the state of Alabama on Wednesday.

EUTAW, AL — Details are still coming in, but storm spotters have confirmed extensive structural damage in the Greene County city of Eutaw, specifically in the Branch Heights community.

While two brief Tornado Warnings were issued for parts of Tuscaloosa County, the only damage report received thus far has been in Northport in the area of Flatwoods Road.
According to the NOAA Storm Prediction Center, it has received at least one report from Greene County, with trees blown down on Alabama Highway 39.

As of the publication of this story, there are nearly 500 outages reported in Greene County of the 2,590 Alabama Power customers tracked. In Tuscaloosa County, 646 Alabama Power customers are in the dark.
There are 8,660 outages statewide, according to the latest numbers from the utility.
