Mitzi Coogler β Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Coogler joins the company as CFO and will spearhead the financial actions of Harrison Construction. Her responsibilities include cash flow management, analyzing financial strengths and weaknesses, overseeing financial success, and proposing strategic directions and initiatives for the future. Mitzi will also play a crucial role in establishing an managing the overall organizational structure of the administration.

Taylor Burkhalter β Controller

Burkhalter will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls and budgets. The company says she will confirm financials through internal audits and provide critical information to external accountants. Taylorβs department will manage all aspects of accounting and general business-related activities.
JoAnna Evans β Senior Project Administrator

Evans will be responsible for establishing and administering contract management activities in line with company policies, legal requirements, and customer needs. The company says in the newly created role, Evans will refine existing policies and procedures to enhance day-to-day operational efficiency. Working closely with the Controller and CFO, Evans will coordinate procedures related to proposals, bid operations, negotiations, and construction management.
Brent Johnson β Senior Project Manager

Johnson will take on the pivotal role of Senior Project Manager. This is a new position within the company and his responsibilities will include planning, directing, managing and overseeing design and construction projects. He will also manage assigned project managers, develop standard protocols for project management, and promote continued education and technology solutions to enhance efficiency within Harrison Construction.
