Harwood Real Estate Opens On 7th Street In Tuscaloosa

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Tuscaloosa's newest real estate firm recently opened its doors and celebrated the occasion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Dec. 1.

Harwood Real Estate can be found at 2920 7th Street, Suite A in Tuscaloosa. The company pointed out that several commercial and residential real estate veterans have come on board as the firm gets off the ground, including: Bernard Harwood, Kim Harwood, Richard Harwood, and Neal Dichiara.

Harwood Real Estate is made up of partners Bernard Harwood, Kim Harwood, Richard Harwood, and Neal DiChiara.

Bernard Harwood has worked in the real estate sector since 1986 and specializes in property and association management.

Kim Harwood has been in real estate for seven years and has earned many industry accolades, including the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors’ Realtor of the year for 2021, as Patch previously reported.

"Neal DiChiara holds a civil engineering degree and MBA and has a real estate background in multi-family and commercial properties," the company explained in a press release. "The newest licensee, Richard Harwood, recently retired from a successful trucking business with over 30 years of sales experience and has joined Neal DiChiara to form Harwood-DiChiara, a team specializing in commercial real estate sales, investments, and development."
