TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Community Foundation of West Alabama (CFWA) recently recognized the 2025 class of Pillars of West Alabama, honoring this year’s recipients on Oct. 2 at Indian Hills Country Club.

The foundation’s board of directors selects Pillars each year based on their lifetime contributions to the West Alabama community.

Founded in 1999, the CFWA serves as a charitable endowment for the region.
