Doing business as Dunkin' Donuts via Alabama Donuts LLC, the incentives approved Monday night is a standard sales tax rebate package.
The project will see a capital investment of roughly $975,000, with the City of Northport committing to a profit-sharing approach that would see the two entities split one-half of the sale tax revenue generated by the business.
