TUSCALOOSA, AL — Investigators say one person was critically injured in a Monday night shooting in Tuscaloosa.

Captain Marty Sellers of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit (VCU) told local media late Monday night that Tuscaloosa Police officers and VCU investigators are on the scene of the shooting in the 2200 block of Reece Boulevard.

Sellers said one male had been shot and was hospitalized in critical condition.
