One Person Critical After Shooting At Tuscaloosa Apartments

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit is currently on the scene of a Thursday morning shooting in Tuscaloosa.

Captain Marty Sellers told local media just after 9 a.m. that the Tuscaloosa Police Department and VCU responded to the initial shooting call at Creekside Apartments at 3615 Greensboro Avenue.

Sellers said one male victim had been shot and is in critical condition.

No word has been given on the circumstances of the shooting or potential suspects at this time.
