Pet Photos With Santa To Benefit Humane Society Of West Alabama

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Humane Society of West Alabama will host its annual Pet Photos with Santa Claus fundraiser at Pet Supplies Plus on McFarland Boulevard, giving local pet owners a chance to capture holiday memories while supporting a worthy cause.

The event will take place on the following dates:

• Tuesday, Dec. 2 – 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Thursday, Dec. 4 – 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Saturday, Dec. 6 – 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Each photo sitting costs $20 and includes a printed 4” x 6” color photo to take home. Appointments can be reserved online or through the organization’s website, under the “Events” section.

Walk-ups are also welcome and will be worked in between scheduled appointments.

Photos will be taken by professional photographer Keith Davis, and each portrait must include at least one pet. Guests are asked to keep pets on a leash or in a carrier at all times.

All proceeds benefit the Humane Society of West Alabama, a no-kill, volunteer-based nonprofit organization founded in 1971.

Funds raised will help cover veterinary costs for rescued animals as they prepare for adoption.
