Severe Thunderstorm Warning For Parts Of Tuscaloosa County Sunday
The NWS says hail damage to vehicles is expected, in addition to wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The National Weather Service Forecast Office in Birmingham has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for parts of east central Tuscaloosa County until 2:15 p.m. Saturday.

As of the publication of this story, the storm is reportedly near Deerlick Creek Campgrounds, roughly eight miles northeast of Holt. The storm is expected to bring 60 mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail.

Locations likely to see impacts include: Lake View, Brookwood, Bull City, Abernant, East Brookwood and Bucksville.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is also in effect for Tuscaloosa County until 8 p.m.
