Skyland Elementary, Hilton Garden Inn Become Adopt-A-School Partners

The Chamber has announced a rekindled Adopt-A-School partnership between Skyland Elementary and Hilton Garden Inn Tuscaloosa.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama on Thursday announced a new Adopt-A-School partnership between Skyland Elementary and Hilton Garden Inn Tuscaloosa.

“We are thrilled to have Hilton Garden Inn as part of the Skyland Elementary family and look forward to the many positive impacts this partnership will bring,” Skyland Elementary Principal Keonta Melton said. “The Adopt-A-School program is integral to our vision of community collaboration, and we are grateful for Hilton Garden Inn’s dedication to helping our students and school flourish.”

Hilton Garden Inn will provide support to Skyland Elementary students and educators through the partnership by offering mentorship, career exploration opportunities and volunteer initiatives.

“Hilton Garden Inn Tuscaloosa is delighted to team up with Skyland Elementary as an Adopt-A-School partner,” Hilton Garden Inn Sales Coordinator Aubrey Cagle said. “We feel this alliance will not only be beneficial for the school, but also for the community. This relationship will cultivate a greater understanding of how local business can impact our school system by fostering an awareness of interaction and involvement. Hilton Garden Inn Tuscaloosa staff are excited and pleased to positively impact the lives of students and teachers at Skyland Elementary in the coming months and years.”
